Shipping policy

Our orders are packed and shipped by Nomorewords in Amsterdam, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We send with PostNL and UPS, and you receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order and its destination.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
The Netherlands: 1–2 working days
Belgium and Germany: 2–3 working days
Rest of Europe: 3–5 working days
Outside Europe: 7–14 working days

These are estimates; delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes in the country of delivery. These are charged by the carrier or customs and are paid by the recipient.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are shipped around the publication date stated on the product page. Anything ordered at the same time is shipped together with it.
